Welcome to DataQ! Whether you just signed up for a free trial or got invited by a team member, you can find more information about how to get set up here. 

When you start your initial account setup, DataQ will walk you through the steps of getting your e-commerce store connected. On subsequent log-ins, you’ll kick things off on our Welcome Dashboard which is meant to provide quick links to knowledge base articles and where to get additional help.

In addition, our Welcome Dashboard includes a tour of our interface so that you know where things reside within DataQ as well as a chat so that you can ask questions on the fly. Just click Take the Tour at any time.

In addition, DataQ provides a series of helpful pop-ups on every page to help guide you through the DataQ experience and teach you more about the platform. If you’ve already seen the pop-ups and would like to see them again, simply click your profile name in the top right corner of the screen, go to My Profile, and check the box that says Reset my user preferences.
