Connecting your BigCommerce store to DataQ is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps to get connected.
To get started:
Step 1: Select the Integrations option from the navigation menu on the left.
Step 2: Select the “Add Integration” tab.
Step 3: Click on the BigCommerce panel.
Step 4: Enter the required information. BigCommerce requires the following:
Store URL* in one of these formats
To find your Store URL within BigCommerce, navigate to Account Settings > Store Details. Either the Current Domain or Permanent Domain within the details of this section will work.
Step 5: Schedule your first data ingest and frequency.
The first data ingest is how DataQ gets your historical data for activation. Based on your selected frequency, DataQ automatically ingests new data as it becomes available.
Note: Your first data ingest may take a few hours. The amount of time it takes depends on the amount of data your store contains. As soon as your ingest is complete, you receive an email notification. Additionally, a notification displays with a status of “Ready.”
*A Store URL is the address that people use to visit your online store; it’s the name that your customers see while they shop in your BigCommerce store.
